RETURNS POLICY
You may return any unused and/or unworn items within 14days of purchase, provided it is in a saleable condition with the original receipt, for an exchange or refund. All tags must still be attached.
All refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
If you do not have the original credit or debit card then your refund will be issued with a Ella Bella's credit note.
Ella Bella's will not exchange or refund any garment which has been personalised.
Goods can be returned in store or via post.

DELIVERY
All of our orders are sent via Parcel Force delivery.
It is important to note that all of our garments are made to order. If we do not have the items you require in stock, your order will take longer to process as the garments will need to come from our supplier. Once the garment arrives and has been embroidered we will send it out straight away.
Orders can be tracked and traced during each process of the delivery.
